I THINK I JUST WENT DEAF, WHY DID HE HIRE BILLY MAYS TO ADVERTISE HIS JEEP ON CRAIGSLIST

Are they not teaching punctuation in school anymore? With all the budget cuts, was punctuation removed from the curriculum?

I wonder why he's yellenz?

We're doomed. We have a bunch of friggin idiots in this country.

Air filters are for chumps.

He has an air filter, in the same general area that all trucks have em on. You can see it, no its not on the primary turbo.

No... its a small turbo before a huge turbo.
Basically, the small turbo spools up at the low RPMs that are too slow for the big turbo and creates a little boost for the big turbo to feed off of and build the monster boost that the engine eats, so you get more power and you get it faster.
Its what I'm planning on doing to my truck when I win the lotto.

No....... I'm pretty certain that if you can see the turbine in the center of any turbo...... it's missing an air filter or at least tubing TO an air filter. That big polished turbo is sucking open air - as shown in the pic anyway.

Also, if you look at the routing of the plumbing of the large polished turbo.... it's feeding from it's air output, right into the center of the smaller turbo's air intake.... so the large turbo is feeding the smaller one. The exhaust turbines are on the back side of both of those turbos...... where we can't see the exhaust plumbing...... That's a pretty crazy set up....

He spent over 100k on that and couldn't afford an air filter?

Also - totally unrelated "keywords" at the bottom of the ad :twak::twak::twak::twak::twak: that thing is not a ford, nor free, nor cheap.

Impressively huge turbo though.

That's what I see, makes sense too. Having that smaller housing upstream would be a restriction on the bigger turbo. The smaller unit can still draw through the bigger, like it's not even there.

Yeah that doesn't look right. But one would think he knows what he's doing? Either way, you take that think in Any mud/water and its going to get into that turbo and Destroy it.
