Best junkyard/pick-n-pull

What would be the best junkyard/pick-n-pull in the bay area?

Just looking for XJ and ZJ parts and a ford 8.8.... and other random crap.

There are always 5-10 XJ's and a couple ZJ's at any given time at the one on Mowry Ave in Newark.

I was driving down Monterey Highway in San Jose on Saturday and there is a place near the PnP that is just Van, Trucks and SUV's. I have never been there but I wouldn't mind checking it out someday. I don't know if they pull the parts like a truck wrecker or if you pull them.

I've had the best luck at the Newark one as well. I've pointed a few people here to D44's that I've seen there.

San Jose North most the time has 4 or 5 XJ's:

Newark most the time has more trucks and seems to have a wider slection of XJ's:

There's a Pick-a-part on W. Winton in Hayward. There was a D44 in the yard in Newark on Saturday.

What years xjs are in newark? In the two SJ and the Moss landing PnP the newest I have ever seen is a 94'. Also are there any WJ's or Durangos?

I am thinking about doing a run tomorrow if anyones interested

PnP Newark always has the most XJ's and trucks by a good margin. Oakland stinks! For an 8.8 I would go on Car-Part.com then call the yard. I had to drive to Watertown (other side of 99) for mine, but I got a clean and perfect 96 Exploder 4.10 limited slip axle with all brakes and brakelines and cables attached for $250. They are $200 at PnP if you can find them and by the time you paid for all the extras I got you'd be into it the same amount.
