Beer for using your Garage and a few tools?

I am going to be putting an additional 2" on my XJ here in a few weeks... only thing is I am currently living in a 1 bedroom apartment with my fiance and I have nowhere to work on it...

So, the offer is BEER... as much as you want (within limits) to use your garage space and maybe a breaker bar, jack stands, floor jack...?

Let me know if I have any takers.
