Beer, Cheese, Bacon... OHH MY!

all is contingent on me being able to make it, but I am planning on it at this time. I have had a few PM's and calls about bacon explosions. As I can honestly say that they are more of a novelty than a delicasy, I would be willing to make a few to bring along and share. I am going to butcher a few hogs in about another 30 days, so it will be fresh ground sausage and possibly fresh cured/smoked bacon. I have a new recepie in mind, so I may start some experiments in the near future...it rhymes with meatloafmadefromsausagebaconjalapenoscheesebaconcheesesausageinabigmactypeofsetting......
