Bay area axle work

Does anyone know of anybody that can do axle norrowing for a front axle that is in the Bay area? 4wheel Drive Specialties in Concord "claims" he can do it, but I'm not overly sure about his claims. He's the one that told me a lifted XJ with bigger tires will eat thier tranny's in less than a year. (15 years and still going strong so far) Anyway, I'm looking to narrow a front hp dana 44 before I put it in my XJ. WFO Concepts can do it but it's an hour and a half each way to get it there. I'm sure there are others but most of them are around Sac-town/Auburn not the Bay area. Soooo, if there is a good shop that can do it closer, that would be great. Thanks for any info.

Actually I think we've even met before. I think I bought a coiple of brake lines off ya awhile back. I thought about trying it myself, but figured I better let a pro do this part for me.

I drive past their shop every day and they have always got a bunch of Jeeps in there, Im sure they can handle the cherokee
