Battery power distribution block?

After adding a winch and and starting my new headlight wiring plus a couple of accessories I am realizing that feeding right off the battery with inline fusing sucks a lot.

Is there some kind of a nice way to make a distribution block so I can have one nice heavy wire from the battery to the block and then everything come off the block?

Basically exactly like this, although a little more jeep environment sealed maybe.

Except I can only find it discontinued.

Would be nice to fuse my winch (M8000) too all in one nice package, but not even sure what fuse it needs.

I ended up just adding a row of relays on the firewall next to an unsealed 8 fuse block, but this is a much nicer setup:

That's a pretty good idea. I like it.
Doesn't really help clean up the battery posts though.

By far the best solution. I have two in my XJ and two spares. Unfortunately, they don't sell it anymore.. You can build one yourself from Bussman parts, but need to know what you are doing ( positive or negative switched)..
