Been a long time coming, but hoping someone wants to buy this.

Chassis
1990 Comanche (started life as a 2WD 2.5L/4spd
Unibody stiffened from rear of cab forward to new front crossmember/winch mount
Frame rails in engine bay plated top and sides
Complete exo cage out of 1.75 x .120 DOM
2x6x.250 rockers with 2x2x.250 outriggers
.250 bellypan supported by (2) 2x4x.250 crossmembers bolted along frame rails. Flat belly 1.5" below frame rail

Motor
'68 440 block, forged bottom end, ARP mains/rods, drilled for 1/2" oil pickup, 9:1 comp.
Edelbrock .454 cam, factory pushrods, crane roller rockers
Edelbrock E-street aluminum heads
Edelbrock aluminum dual-plane six-pack manifold
Block hugger headers to 3" single exhaust
Stock ignition
Milodon deep rear sump oil pan (total capacity with filter/cooler ~10qts)
Poly motor mounts
Custom air cleaner fed by remote AEM dry filter behind dash
Milodon high flow 170 thermostat and high volume water pump

Fuel
Engine (fuel only) controlled by Megasquirt2 (tune needs tweaking)
Six pack fuel injection through custom adapted tri-TBI off of small block chevys.
JAZ 32gallon cell with 4 walbro pickups plumbed inside using an Artec mount (courtesy of Liquid Iron Industries, never once starved for fuel)
Walbro 255lph pump to inline serviceable AN canister filter
-6 feed -8 return
Mallory fuel pressure regulator (set to ~12psi)

Cooling
Derale oil cooler with fan
31x19 Griffin with dual SPAL fans (never once overheated, always runs at 180 with a 170 thermostat)
1.5" exhaust tubing for coolant.

Trans
Stock Dodge NV4500 (out of a gas truck...1.125" input/23 spline output)
500hp McLeod clutch
Centerforce II pressure plate
Stock MJ Master, wilwood pull-style slave cylinder. Braided clutch line

T-cases/driveshafts
NP241C planetary gearbox with Trail Tech Fab doubler kit.
Ford NP205 with High Angle Driveline flanges
Fluid level site tubes on both
Homebrew 1350 CV driveshafts front/rear. 2x.120 front and 2.25 x .250 rear.
Triple cable shifters
Total gear reduction = 168:1 in low/low.

- Stock carrier / Spartan locker
- Ten factory 35 spline inners/outers with Spicer x806s
- ECGS 35 spline drive slugs
- 1350 u bolt yoke
- All bearings/seals completely gone through
- Solid outer knuckles and high steer arms

- 5.38s
- ARB diff cover
- 35 spline ARB air locker
- 35 spline Yukon axleshafts
- All bearings/seals completely gone through
- Stock flange (no yoke)

Suspension
Custom front 3 link long arm with Ruffstuff 1.25" heims all around
2.25 x .375 lowers, 1.75 x .120 upper
1.5 x .120 track bar with Ruffstuff 7/8" heims
12" travel, 2.5" Fox remote reservoirs with initial tune and 250/250 PAC springs
2" travel, 2" diameter Fox air bumps
Strapped at 11" of travel
Rear stock MJ leaf springs (see bottom of post for 4-link parts)

Steering/Brakes
PSC Full Hydro kit with 2.5" ram
PSC high-volume P-pump,
Ford Superduty Hydroboost with corvette 1.125" master cylinder feeding stock Ford dual piston calipers at all four corners

Tires
40 x 13.5 x 17 Maxxis Creepy Crawlers (1 has been vulcanized)
Stock H2s with rock rings welded (have a spare unmolested set to go with)
Inner air locks (need tubes replaced)

Misc
M8000 winch (cable could use replacement)
Viair 100% duty cycle compressor with 2.5gallon tank (for rear ARB and tire filling)
Autopal H4s with Hella 80/100s (yet to be wired up)
Diehard Platinum battery
Durango 135A alternator



I also have all of the parts to 4-link the rear of this thing except control arm tubing and limit straps, I just never got around to it:
- 14" travel, 2.5" remote reservoir Fox coilovers
- 2" travel, 2" Fox air bumps
- Artec rear D60 truss with upper control arm mounts and coilover mounts
- Liquid Iron Industries axle-end lower control arm brackets
- (8) 1.25" Ruffstuff heims



I have a lot of time and memories into this thing after building it over the last 5 years. I hate to see it go, but really want to see it continuing to get used rather than waste away in my garage. $14k or best reasonable offer. No trades.
