battery group interchangeability?

Thanks ... so you had plenty of headroom over the battery? The reason I'm concerned is that I have marine-style battery terminals, which add another 5/8" of height to the connection.

Plenty of room. If you want to double check, put a block of styrofoam or something the same size (as the battery you want), close your hood and see. BTW how far are you from Kalispell?

I had to lower my tray a little, there is a spacer under it.

What exactly was involved in lowering your tray? Was it just a matter of pulling out some spacer, or did you have to do some welding? Any pics? Thanks!
