Banks Torque Tube / Revolver old vs. new

Had a bad exhaust leak and found out the Banks Torque Tube was cracked in two places. The front pipe was also damaged and crushed. Bought a new Torque Tube "Revolver". Here is the difference between the old design to the new design. CARB numbers changed also. Collectors are the biggest difference with the revolver design.







 
Don't forget the addition of the Power Pickle.

I'm not sure how it works, but the guys at Banks are pretty adamant that it does work. I know on on my jeep going to the Revolver was HUGE.

I believe it's #4 primary tube that extends down into the collector, (longer than the others), when #4 cylinder discharges the exhaust, it creates a vacuum on the other cylinders, improving the scavenging effect. How much that truly adds, hard to say. . .
