Not sure if this has been brought up before or not. But, I bought some DOM and tube inserts from Ballistic Fabrication in Tucson AZ. And I should have been paying more attention to the order form before clicking to pay.
I can understand a approx $7 packaging fee.
But, $60 dollar shipping via Fedex Ground? So, after receiving the package. I take it to Fedex and ask how much to ship this back? Fedex ground to Tucson from Indy $21.
I have called Ballistic Customer Service, No response to my message and I have Emailed them. Without a response.
So, I'm not sure how they Justify a $39 extra for shipping on all package shipment?
But, Thought I would bring this up.
And what also sucks, one of the threaded inserts got jacked up and galled.
I would like for them all to match but not with those messed up shipping prices.
