baked goods

I baked a cake today. Now before you guys go gettin' carried away...I want you to know that this cake was baked FROM SCRATCH. We don't do any of that pre-made box crap up here. The altitude played a bit of a factor in this however. I guess I got confused in the conversions. It may not look like much but it sure is tasty with a glass of soy milk.

I honestly think that Hellen Keller could bake a better LOOKING cake:
