I don't see an outta shape person...WTF 80% percent of the posters on this board probably have gut, you almost have a 6 pack showing. i would guess 14% body fat and that you could probably bench around 225. hope that guess isn't too far off, but i think the average man might be able to do 175 or so.

really, who hasn't checked themselves out in the mirror. you were just unlucky enough to get his pics posted, embarrasing yes, unusual...probably not. that other thread has other guys in on the challenge showing fatter pictures.

I'm done being (co-)owned in this thread, but I meant what I said. The guy's in good shape, most others probably are in worse shape. Nothing wrong with being 20-something, when you are older you cherish the wisdom you possibly gained in aging, but everyone must admit it's fun being young.
