Adam no close-up pics, but it is the 300 Gutter Foot. I don't think it will fit the honda (as per the thule site) but you can take a look.

It will definitely work for steel cable. I took it off when I went synthetic.

Tail lights are 84-96. Depends on where in Mass you are coming from. I am in zip code 03281 and work in 03038 if that helps you.
