I have a 96 cherokee and I was wondering how i could tell what kind of axles I have, as far as I know its stock.

I'm new to this whole jeep thing.

we can play the odds thing. tell me motor size, and trans flavor.

also look under the back axle and tell me what kind of drain plug there is in it.

okay, thanks for the help, its the dana 35.

Are those decent, I have a friend who is into off roading and he always talked about dana axles but I don't remember which ones were good or not.
