Ok so i just put the 4.5 inch lift on my heep, and i have no idea how to center the axle... Anyone have a write up, or anything that would help me out?

you must be talking about the front axle...

if you didnt drop your trac bar or get an adjustable one, then your front axle is going to be off on one side. get a drop bracket or ADJ track bar. Im guessing at 4.5 you will need an adj track bar.

Don't adjust the trackbar
Just take off the axle end of the trackbar, wiggle the steering back and forth and rock the body of the jeep. If it's sitting on level ground the body should center over the axle. Eyeball it to check, bounce it more if needed, and adjust the trackbar to fit.

That is how I did mine!! :spin1:

X3! Then I measured just to make sure. ;)

I usually have the jeep off the stands with tires on and back on the ground. Take a measurement then as said above shake the steering wheel and hope it centers. (for me that works 2 out of 5 times, usually minor difference) If the jeep does not center that way you will have to measure and adjust out/in the tracbar, then calculate where you need to be, possible repeat that several time. You do not have to slide the axle over you just chock the wheels and use the steering wheel to move the body to line up the trackbar. Do not use the body/fender as measurements for those could be warped and give you the wrong info. That is why they recommend using the inside part of the frame.
