Like the title sez, I'm seriously looking for an AX-15 external slave bellhousing. This internal slave cylinder wasn't a good idea when it was invented, it wasn't a good idea when Mazda did it, it wasn't a good idea when Ford did it, and the story does not improve with retelling...
I can find most of the rest of the parts - I just can't find a bellhousing loose anywhere. I'll take the whole transmission if I need to (I can always rebuild the spare gearbox...) but the part I really need is the bellhousing. I know - I need a new front bearing retainer as well, but I can source that...
I'm in San Jose - but I'll be in IN for the next two or three weeks as well. If I've got to get it shipped, I'd prefer just the bellhousing only.
