AW4 Rebuild

Has anyone rebuilt the AW4 tranny before? If so, what steps are involved? Also, where can I get a good master rebuild kit?

the general consensus is that it's not worth it and far more cost and time effective to find a low mileage junkyard unit.

I found a rebuild kit for $200, that's not bad........I don't think it would take that much time to rebuild. Any other opinions on the rebuild?
