AW4 in AZ/CA

I'm hunting down an AW4 for a friend in AZ. He has an 89, and I assume it's a 23 spline. I still waiting to find that out for sure. I'm in PA, so shipping one from here is out of the question. He's the cheapest Jeeper I know.
If anyone can help out please let me know.

I'll have one as soon as I pick up a new jeep and swap the ax15 into it. How soon will he need it and how much would he wanna pay for it?
