Avatar Help

I want to use this as my Avatar, I have shrunk as far as I can. Can someone help with this?

In order to follow the avatar "rules," I made the image smaller. It's 41% of its original size, to be exact. And it's 99 by 89 pixels, 7.28 KB.

Right click "Save As"

Save it to your computer somewhere, and then upload as your avatar. You're done.
