It's no different than wiring in the electric fan to a switch and it still works. Just run a switched B+ line to the back up light circuit at the rear of the vehicle.

You're behind your vehicle loading stuff on a rainy night in the mud. You drop the ignition key and didn't see where it went. Now you can grab a flash light (ends up with dead batteries), orrrrr........flip a switch and your backup lights illuminate the area. Good thing too, as you accidentally stepped on the key, pushing it deeper into the mud.
I have mine setup to raise the idle to 1300 rpms, it's great when it's 100*+ out. I let my jeep idle at 1300 with the ac on while I run around doing short trips so the inside of my jeep doesn't heat up. Just yank the key out of the ignition, use the keyfob to lock the doors and away you go. arty:
The biggest change is the 12v wire would have to be run to the back instead of using the one in the 7 pin connector shown
and the rev sol and rev connection on the 7 pin connector would become the original rev lights
Doing it this way I have no switches in the cab, just a key fob
