It was assumed that crown distributed OEM chrysler parts, it turned out that the crown axles were made slightly different, most likely to ensure they would always work when installed. 30 degree spline vs 37.5 on the chrysler axles. They are making a new broach. I have been told we hope to retry the test install in around 6 weeks or so.
Everything else was good. It was expected that the issue would be fitment in the carrier which actually went very well, once the spline issue is taken care of they will be good to go.
