My 2000 Jeep Cherokee was just stolen from in front of my home in Cleveland, OH. It had 91,500 miles on it and was Silver and essentially rust free. Most notably it has a set of very rare leather seats that were an option on the Sport level. The seats are dark grey leather with "Cherokee Sport" embroidered on the front seats.

If any one sees these seats for sale anywhere, please PM me so I can follow up.

Thanks

I'll keep an eye out.

chances are it's gonna get parted on craigslist or facebook.

Thanks for the help/searching going on out there.

I'm hoping for anything to show back up on this thing. Even if all I found was a frame with the doors and axles still attached I'd figure it a marginal win. That body was solid and rust free - especially compared to the replacement XJ's I've been finding on Craigslist this past week.

Hell - provide me a tip/lead that leads to me getting my Jeep back in any condition and I'll send you a new set of Sunex impact sockets via Amazon. It's an admittedly small gift, but a thank you I'd want to extend.

Found my XJ today! Some ass used it as a joy ride back to his home in the projects; housing Authority police found it.

The column is stripped and a small back window is busted but other than that everything is there - even my ipod?

In the time between it's theft and recovery, I found an '01 Limited with 119K miles for cheap with damn near every factory and dealer option for the year - even the cargo cover for the rear. It's only faults are some rusty doors, and needing new ball joints up front. Rockers we solid and had a brand new set of Michelin tires on it to boot.

I'm going to swap all the great options into my '00 Sport and pass the Limited over to my father who has a '01 60th Ann. he wants to swap some parts with.

What a great ****ing day!

Here's a pick of everyone home and happy - and purposely mechanically disabled until such a time as I can attend to their theft vulnerabilities.
