Why am I not allowed to put an attachment with my posts, am I doing something wrong or am I just missing something? any help would be great.

registered guests are not allowed to post attachments....and even members can only post attachments in one forum

Is this because the server will not handle all the pics?

Correct. We have a limited amount of space and bandwidth. Therefore pictures most be hosted somewhere else.
