thansk to fellow members, djrethoret & nightfoam i know have lockers f/r. now i searched but did not find any info, some pics may explained but i cant get a lot of photos cause its blocked. Do i need a carrier or do the ring gears bolt to the locker. please dont flame me, im really just trying to learn, and my resources are limited.

On an ARB, the locker is the carrier, so the ring gear does bolt to the carrier. You just need to be sure you have the correct locker for the gear ratio you are running in some cases (D30 fronts, for one.)

Sorry to post out of region, and beat you to it :-) Just happened to see it, and have recently been through both front and rear ARBs on my Heep, so knew the answer for once.

lol, thanks guys. And i checked locker numbers, both will run 4.56s, however i need to upgrade to 29 spline in the rear but thats for the better any how.

For a cheap solution, you could get 29 spline shafts out of a 96 or 97+ from the junkyard. Depends on how hard you're going to wheel it.

thats my intention, and disk brakes while im at it.
