APN Header: Collector Weld Pin Hole

I ordered a new APN Tri-Y header and noticed that one of the welds at the collector has a pin-hole. I put a little water in that runner and verified that it does leak.
I see 3 basic options, what would you do?

1) Leave it and use as is
2) Weld it up with a small tack weld
3) Send it back and hope the new one doesn't have a similar issue

My concern with welding would be that it might affect the joint and make it more likely to crack, but I am probably over-thinking it since it would be a tiny spot weld.

Call them up, tell them the problem. Make them give you a few bucks back and then either tack weld it or do it old school and braze over the hole.

The only two tools I have readily available would be a MAPP torch/braze and a mig unless I pay someone to do it. I'm leaning towards zapping it with the MIG...

if you can mig, MIG IT. I dunno how much warpage you think is gonna happen on basically one tack.... but it wont be that bad.
