anyone want a bigger winch?

i have a worn 12,000lb 12 volt winch from my fullsize chevy that i kept for me xj, but i really dont need such a big winch on it.

so here is the deal, would anyone want to trade my winch for a smaller one(8000,9000,9500 lb) prefinably worn, plus a little bit of cash? like 100$ maybe just to make it worth my while? im also looking for various parts for my xj, like lift componants, locker for a d44, 4:10 gears, name it i may be interested in trade.

the winch is in good shape with brand new cable. it was used but taken care of when done.

see what you can come up with ill think about almost anything.

im in freeport, about 15 min north or portland. the winch is in good condision and ill look to the model but it is a 12,000 lb worn winch, im prety sure they only made one 12,000lb winch?????????? new cable but i sold the controler to a friend who broke his. what would you be able to work with lift componants? if i could get the whole 7-8" lift for the winch id be happy, would that work????? get back to me
