Anyone out by hopkington and got a meter?

I'm broken down off 495/pike with a bad misfire (p0303) which usually only happens if the jeep is started with a hot engine after sitting. I don't have a good multimeter with me. I suspect one of my injector wires could have a short somewhere after looking through some tech topics. Anyone in the area who might be able to help me avoid a tow?

is it happening in your 2000? my 2000 has been doing that with the hot weather recently. it runs like shit for about 5 seconds until the evaporated gas clears out of the rail. Its from the damn cast iron exhaust manifold and the factory heat shield doenst do shit to fix it. once i bring it about 2k rpm it clears itself out. then when its cool out its fine.

Yeah that's normal for mine. But mine is started doing it while driving. Was off for 2 hours and still does it.

So I was so busy expecting the worst (cracked head) that I failed to just try the basic. Bad spark plug lol.
