I don't really see any reason to run an MLS on a 4.0. MLS gaskets were designed to cure sealing problems on iron block/ aluminum head engines. Doesn't apply to the 4.0 unless you spent a ton of money.
I've heard said that MLS seal just a bit too well, and a tuning issue (under boost or lots of n20) can take out hard parts instead of just the gasket.
