Anyone know this XJ (Allen, TX)?

Sorry no pics, but I followed a Blue (mid 90's) XJ with silver flares/trim coming out of my neighborhood this morning (and have seen it around before).
Had a Red River sticker on the back window (along with other stickers, including an air force one). Looked like an RE 3.5-4.5" lift, 31 or 32's on black soft 8's. Warrior products roof rack. VERY CLEAN, so clean in fact my wife noticed it (which is a huge compliment).

Anyone know this Jeep? Just wondering.

Was it a windsheild banner type sticker? If so, there are very few of those out there.

On the back window, probably 3-4" white lettering. Went the whole way across the window.

I have seen it one or two times before, guess I'll have to drive around the neighborhood and see if i can find it.
