Are you in Truckee? Incline Village? Tahoe City? I've lived up there for quite a few years. I could give you some insight into watering holes or good places to catch a bite.

Check out Jiffy's Pizza. It used to be a pretty fun place to catch a pitcher of beer. Garwoods on Wednesday nights used to be crazy for wet woody Wednesday. Not sure how the economy hit all these places though.

garwoods is cool, just a little on the expensive side. I like CB's pizza right next to 7-11. cheap but good pizza, always have a game or cool sports on, and always cold brews.

That's right, it's CB's. Jiffy's seemed wrong. Garwoods isn't cheap, but the scenery is usually always good there!
