right on im from langley , ive run stave, and a bunch of trails up in hope and the chilliwack area. currently my rig is apart undergoing a 44 9 inch swap. rears done just working on the front . yea im on bc4x4 alot. username is the same there as it is here. who are you over there?

seen some vids from some trails you guys got on the island looks like some pretty gnarly stuff. when the jeeps all back together im hoping to go out there and try a few.what would you recommend? i know you guys have a bunch of "secret trails" ?

Frankly, I've been out of the loop for over a year. My Jeep is mostly used for daily driving and the odd camping excursion. My work schedules have changed such that I hardly have time to hit a trail for a trail's sake anymore. There are literally jillions of little trails here and there though. The Island Rock Crawlers will have a line on some good information though. The best trail I ever took was from the Sooke/French Beach area right over the mountains into Duncan. Its only an hour as the crow flies, but took us about 8 hours to make it through. No damage, but tons of fun...

if you have your interior rhinolined, you could probly cut 2 square holes right above where the upper shock mount is in the cargo area floor, then stick a punch in the bolt hole from underneath the jeep and punch out the nut thats welded in up there. then you could drop a new bolt through your opening and it would be good. only downside is you may need 2 people to undo your shocks but at least no more stuck bolts . just cut a slightly larger piece out of some sheet aluminum or somthing , throw some sealant around the edges and use some self tappers to hold it down? you know, i just remembered i have a busted shock bolt in the rear of my xj aswell. ill try my way and let you know how it goes lol

Add me in..........

Prince George and plenty of trails around here too.

Been away from NAXJA since this happened, but in the process of a 6.5" ZJ buildup. Also go by LAWLESS on the BC4X4 site.

If its that rustbucket, I'm pretty sure its from east of BC. :D

Not much salt used on the roads in BC anymore. Alberta and eastward though, watch out...

Actually it's from New Westminister B.C. if I recall.

Some drunken B**** did it and I woke up to find it like that...........she did leave a little evidence at the scene though.
