Anybody with fab skills around Eureka/Arcata?

My son bought some decent used seats to replace the old worn out seats in his Dodge pickup. He thought the "new" seats would bolt right in, but they don't. He's a young guy and has no experience fixing stuff like that, and no tools that would likely be required to fab up a solution. Is there anyone near Eureka or Arcata who can assess the situation and help him out for some reasonable compensation? Any help would be appreciated.
