Anybody recognize this Jeep?

It's for sale in San Jose with a blown engine.

Has ~3inch lift; T/C, Gas Tank skids, rear hitch and has two coolers in front of the condensor (Oil & Trans?)

The reason I ask is the absence of wheel opening flairs, the mismatched wheels and the skids make me think this was someones trail rig that was stripped down of some things before being placed for sale.
