Well I would figured that from a cheese head, But what I was really wondering, for those of us without a home state team, who do you favor?

I've been a die hard Minnesota fan since before Fran (he was with the NY Giants before the Vikings)....although, he was the best (especially with Chuck Foreman in the backfield.....best all purpose back ever!) back when Joe Capp was the QB. That guy was a bruiser! I tell you, if the Vikes ever win the Super Bowl (I watched them, in agony, lose four of them) I would die a happy man :)----------Hans

I can't believe you brought up Chuck. I have a NFL autogragh football signed by him and figured it was worthless. Me and my son actually play catch with it, lol.

Jim Marshall also. Remember the guy that ran the wrong direction for a T.D.?

C'mon......worthless? That guy did it all...run, catch, block....heck, he even threw key passes at times! He even led the league in receptions one year. You should put that ball away and give his autograph the respect it deserves :D Also, I'll never forgive Dennis Greene for making the wrong decision years ago....they were playing against Atlanta in the playoff finals (the winner to play Denver and cry baby Elway in the Super Bowl) There were just a few seconds left with a tie score, they could have attempted (and made) a fairly long field goal but, he let the clock run out, go into OT, lose the coin toss and the game by a friggin field goal! They would have beat Denver that year (Elway's last) because Cunningham had a flawless season and they were (I believe) undefeated that year......sigh-----------Hans

You know, he never missed a single game in his entire career! And Carl Eller became a judge after he retired;) We need another coach like Bud Grant--------Hans

Yeah, I'll admit it.... I'm a Vikings fan. I grew up in Alaska, but my Mom and Dad moved up there from Minnesota, so I took over my Dad's love/hate relationship with the Vikes. Every year I think that maybe they can recapture some of their glory days of old, but no such luck so far. :tear:
