Been a while since I've been able to work on this thing. Took a little time away from a few other projects and made a little progress today.

Got some mounting points welded on for a Hi-Lift Jack.

Used a spare stub shaft and unit bearing hub to mount the spare. The stub shaft has had the ears removed and is welded to the cross bar. The hub is secured to the stub shaft with a hub nut. The hub serves double duty as a tire mount and trail spare.

i was looking at this going man that back bumper looks like....poo....saw some other pics of the yellaheep and thought that back bumper started to look familiar.....then i realized thats my bumper minus the tire carrier! it needs some trimming

Frank that bumper looks great! I like the addition of dimples!

I like the uni-bearing that hold the spare on, it would be really cool if it spins while you go down the highway.

The plan was to put this on my son's but we've decided to go with an internal mount for his rig.

This bumper will be finished in the next 2 days and is for sale.
$500....and that is screamin' low price considering the work involved.
