Another WJ(4.7) question Heater Hoses?

I need some easy help with the heater hoses. I was replacing the valve cover gaskets(passenger side wasn't as bad as I was expecting) and have it pretty much finished up but can not seem to get the heater hoses to fit the way that they need to.

The heater core sides are labeled even, Top/Bottom so I have those correct but I don't recall how they were routed and if the top/bottom applies to the engine side or if they cross each other.

I can not seem to find a picture or a diagram either for this, alldata just has text on the subject. Anyone remember which way they are routed or have a picture of the hoses in place.

Man, that is tricky to see. Hopefully these help.

The hose that's more to the 'right' in the pictures attaches to the lower spot on the heater core.

The pics were perfect thanks for going through the trouble. I actually messed around this morning and figured them out, I had the plastic guide piece(on the VC) upside down and also I didn't recall the hoses sort of crossing each other the way they do right out of the firewall. Once I had the guide piece right side up(I swore that I had it right the first time) and got the hoses laying correctly at the firewall they lined right up the rest of the way.

Glad to see pics to confirm though.

The hardest part of the Valve Cover job for me was dealing with the battery tray, that thing is massive and just seems to interfere with everything around it. Pulling the heater hoses all the way out and removing the ECU/coolant bottle and disconnecting a few wire connections gave plenty of room though and wasn't as much of a struggle as I thought it would be luckily.
