another OEM tire carrier

my neighbor has an OEM swing out tire carrier, just came off a super clean 90 XJ. includes brand new chrome bumper and all the hardware/bolts and such to mount it up.

150$ firm

it looks like every other oem tire carrier, its in great shape.

Which every other oem tire carrier does it look like? Full bumper mount or bumper and right side quarter panel mount??

Might be interested if it's full bumper mount.
