Another Heating Issue

It is similar to this thread,

but, mine, a 1996, has full hot, and full cold, with nothing in between. It stays on full hot all the way until it is about 1/2" from cold and will SLOWLY turn to full cold. The cables behind the hot/cold slider are moving well. Any ideas of the next place to check? Thanks.

Possible vacuum leak to the Heater Water Control Valve.

Well, I found it. The bracket under the passenger side that holds the cable was broken. JB weld will fix that one.

But I found something worse, my carpet is SOAKED. It hasn't rained in over a week, so I can only guess I've got a large leak. Yeah yeah I know... search. A lot of people say window trim, but thats a lot of water to be coming from there...
