keep on coming!!!

So After forking over close to $700 to get my trailer useable to bring back to Florida from the Crawl...last Wednesday the AC in my truck went very suddenly from cold to not...the compressor started to make all sorts of noises.

Now nearly $800 to fix that.

Come on...it comes in 3's right? What's next :(

If there is ANY way I can swing it...you bet!!!

Likewise Jon.

Of course now I may have the ABS module crapping out. Yay.

Not important. I hate the abs in the burb. Its really the only thing i dont like about it

I don't have a problem with ABS not working...but I kinda like my speedometer/odo to work.

I have ABS light, park brake light both on always...no speedo working. Usually get to work and by then lights are out and speedo works...and on my drive home works fine. Changed speed/abs sensor on rear axle yesterday, drove home with no lights and had working speedo.

Cranked up this morning...lights back on and no speedo all the way to work. Tranny is shifting fine so I don't believe the VSS in the tranny is bad.

Gremlins...shouldn't have fed them after dark dammit.

Went out after being at work for a few hours and no lights on and speedo is working fine...which is how it's been acting.

So for grins and giggles I pulled fuses again...having (thought I did anyway) checked them all...found a blown 10a fuse for the system BUT it had a very small copper jumper on it...PO must have done this... totally overlooked this fuse until now. I guess enough humidity gets to it to where it won't jump right...so when it heats up and dries out it works.

Needless to say tossed it and put in a new one. Praying it stays right now!! Hopefully there's not a reason why the PO jumpered it in the first place!!
