Other option is to cut them flush then drill them out.

Easiest way I've seen them done is with an air hammer/chizel and basically just wedge it out. Came right out in a few seconds.

ok, got the sway bar on, and the trac bar adjusted. Took it out and now it has a check engine light on and won't stay running. Only sometimes when you roll up to a stop, it just shuts off. It did it once while at a slow roll. Then shortly after that the light came on. Help!! please

runs great, when running. there's also no speedo anymore. is it possible to get the speedo ring in backwards on the TC mainshaft? Just asking

how do you retreive codes on a pre- OBD vehicle?

If it's OBD1 then the ignition key retrieval should work.

On-Off 5 times, stopping at the fifth "ON" and watcth the CEL and tripmeter.

95 XJ if my research is correct.

If it has a check engine light, it is obd compliant. RENIX has no CEL because it was pre-OBD.

I would be helpful to post the year again.

I have a OBD I code reader. The speedo should work unless there is fuse blown of the plug isn't pluged in all the way.
