Man, we ain't found shit.
Seriously though. About the only thing that sticks on the shelves around here is shotgun ammo, 7.62x39 (apparently nobody shoots an SKS or AK around here), 30-06, .270, .17HMR, .38spl & .45LC. A couple stores get something here and there. My buddy found (the last) 3 boxes of 9mm at WalMart for a good price. Steel cases though.

I'm a regular reader of Colorado Chapter's GUNS & AMMO thread. One of the guys was showing his recent drum magazine purchases. He got one for the .223/.556 AR and one for a .22lr AR.
The ones for .22lr are pretty slick. 50rd drums with interchangeable towers to adapt from 10/22, AR .22s and S&W M&P15 22s. So essentially, if you run any 2 of those rifles, you can have one 50rd drum mag that will work with both provided you buy another tower.

What are you going to be using for a weapon?
7wsm handgun or hopefully 338edge rifle. I have some handloads with 168-175 grain bullets that will do the trick with the pistol and plan on havi g some 300 grain .338 bullets incase a 800+ yard shot comes up. I know a lot of guys who use smaller calibers and limit their shots to 100-200 yards, but when you can see that far and if the conditions are right...
