Same old story

Ordered, never received, no communication, nothing. Paypal dispute in the works. I have searched a few other forums online and it seems this is a trend with this guy. Been one month, not one email explaining whats going on. I will call the guy monday if I dont hear by then.

I've never had a problem with those folks. The majority of my aftermarket hp gains comes from them.

I first contacted them when looking to get our chapter stickers printed up. "We could definitely do something like that. I look forward to seeing what you have come up with." And never heard anything ever again, I tried for a few months. Seems to be pretty hit or miss.............:dunno:

I ordered from Steve a few times a while back, always had good luck and he included a free sticker once in a while too.

im glad to hear some of you have had good luck. I read a few other forums and it seems his basic terms of service are:

1. take order
2. do nothing
3. wait for internet complaints
4. refund money and ship with extras to make up for it

I did finally get the sticker over a month later, with one free one. I wont do business with someone like that. If his site said "could take a month" id be fine with it. but it clearly states that most orders are shipped next day. I guess I was not in the "most" category!!
