Linkages, Fuel Line, and Power Steering Feed Line - It all runs neatly between the intake manifold and supercharger.

Alex.....let me know and I will help you tune that sucker! I have lots of experience tuning the 30+ turbo cars I have owned throughout the years. You gonna run MS?

That thing is awesome. Time for magazines! Someone submit his thread to Peterson!

I already have an AEM F/IC 6 under the dash. Yeah... I have never tuned these before so I will be fiddling some this weekend to set it up. I have a few more parts to collect and put on before I can start it.

He's lucky. There's maybe only another 2 of those supercharger kits left, period. They stopped making them.

As I understand, fifty prototype kits were made in total. I bought it at a huge discount, but only minor finish work had to be done such as figuring out the vacuum line attachments.

The majority of the exhaust is finished. Exhaust work is entirely new to me and since it requires welding I made a bunch of snot on some of the connections. I need to finish the intermediate pipe and the tail pipe. The bends over the axle are done, but I ran out of pipe. I used Euro-Joint style connectors at the header, before the catalytic converter, and after the muffler. There is enough play in the joints to fine tune the position to keep it from rattling in the small space between the crossmember and floor pan.

Unfinished Intermediate Pipe and a Bit of Header - The header does come down a bit further than stock, but is necessary to keep the larger diameter from hitting the transmission and cooler lines.

So what was all the smoke? Sounded good!

I was told that 100 were made. A few months ago there were only 2 left for sale at a ridiculous discount, I do not know the current status. Sprintex is hanging onto a few for internal R&D which I doubt will ever see the light of day. Not enough demand for them in the cheapskate XJ world.

Alexia, what is your injector response time set to? The back and forth swing of the AFR looks like the IFR is set too short. I had to about double the default of the FIC-6.

Nice to see it near 14.7 on initial start though - that means you are at least in range.

A combination of the header paint curing and the exhaust wrap.

I have it set at 729µS which is working out nicely. It looks like Accel's specifications come out to 700µS, but they use obscure language to describe the information. Both myself and the F/IC calculated -44% for the initial fuel map with the larger injectors. The PCM disagreed and idles perfectly with -40% now. No more hesitation on throttle tip in either.

Are you near 14.7-15.0 at idle with -40%?

Now time to calculate boost maps! and crank it up for positive pressure.

Love this build. Thanks for sharing.

I had a few of questions. How do you like the HF floor jack and what extra stuff did you need for the Sprintex apart from the split second, wideband oxygen sensor an 68 mm TB? Are you using the seventh injector? what size are the injectors you are using?
