dude, do what makes you happy, it's up to you to decide whether you can really deal w/ all that mess or not. I admit when I was a teenager i wasnt the cleanest person on the face of the planet, but its amazing how things change.
i've had to deal w/ roommates like that before, a scoop shovel and large 50g trash bags cleared up that issue. (that also works on kids)
i'm not a neat freak, but DAMN, thats just gross. I'm 27, and i cant stand having stuff not put away in its place. But that might be being in the military for almost 8 years, which i severely doubt, because half my coworkers are 21/22 and they cant figure out how to keep stuff picked up and put away.
