If the rest of the rig is as clean as it is in the pictures, I see no reason a clean 2 door /w D44 is not worth $1200. I could yank the D44, install a D35, and still probably sell the whole rig as a driver for $1500.

The way I understood the ad was he was selling just the rearend, and *maybe parting out the Jeep, so $1200 for the rearend alone is a joke to me. Id buy the whole thing too, if he was selling it that way?

Edit: just called him, it is for the whole rig, he said the ad was worded goofy and made it seem like it was just for the rearend. I may get this now...
