A rare decal sighting

All these years, and I have seen very few NAXJA stickers on the road. Probably has to do with living in the far-flung reaches of Darkest Vermont. But anyway, today in Canaan, Connecticut, I saw a nice shiny red XJ with a lift and rear tow-points and a NAXJA sticker. No greeting given, since I was driving my (gasp, choke!) Liberty, and busy anyway. But hello to whoever it is.

e.t.a it was about 3 PM at the four corners by the Fire Station.

I'm guessing that was Doug H8PVMNT or one of the other locals... cross posting to the NAC "spotted" thread.

Right then I was leaving rehab and going to the liquor store

Yeah,.. bunch of guys, sitting in a circle, looking embarrassed. One guy stands up and says,"Hi, my name is Tim, and I,... Aw screw this, I'm going wheeling." and walks out. Thirty seconds later the room's empty and you have to find another rehab group. It's tough.

It's actually a drug/alcohol rehab on the side of a mountain with wheeling trails going up it, the trails connect to my other job down the road, it's a rough life

Yup, I can't remember the name of the place now, but it used to be "Serenity Hill" and long ago when I was a kid around there it was a chinchilla ranch.

Unfortunately, I was taking a little break from arrangements for my mom's funeral, which will be next week, so kind of busy.

She was 91, declining with alzheimers, and so forth, but no matter how much you expect it, it's still a surprise!

Even in so cal I have never seen a Naxja sticker on an xj. I commute everywhere being in construction. From san Diego to Barstow. I always thought that was weird too.
