ok guys, i have a fuel leak up front at the front of the fuel rail there's a spot where the vacuum hose attaches i dont know what thats called but i'm leaking from there right now while i'm pressurized. If anyone could tell me what that is i can get a new one and gasket. Thanks, adam

Its the fuel pressure regulator. You can get them at most parts stores

is it the regulator itself or the quick disconnect line fitting that is leaking.

there is a oring also where the regulator goes into the rail, its the same as the injector o-rings. I always wondered why the kits came with an extra o ring
