98 cherokee on craiglist

This guy is a complete asshat. He's had that thing for sale for 6 months - last month it was $1000 and he had the same conditions on his ad:

"Please don't email me and ask for my phone number or tell me to call you! If you do that, you will not receive a response.

If you are interested or just want to ask a question, please email me and I will respond accordingly. "


How the fawk is a person supposed to let him know they'd like to come see it and possibly buy it? He doesn't want any phone contact? Won't talk verbally at all? Just e-mail response?

What a jackass.

I sent him an e-mail anyway - just to piss him off.

LOL - yeah, everyone e-mail him asking him to call. Ask silly questions like "What's wrong with it?", or "Is it red? I'm looking for a red Cherokee." or, "How much shipped to XXXXX?"

Yeah, but that's because you're an anti-social deviant.

I just don't know how he expects to sell it if he won't do anything but communicate via e-mail and only under specific restrictions......

Is he gonna be too scared to give out his address? Afraid to meet to sell it face to face? Sign the title over and exchange money thru the doggie door? WTF?

Maybe I'm just being too critical....... after all, he might just be a powder-white albino mute who can't talk or go out in sunlight.......

I've tried to buy that XJ 2 times now. I think he's in need of pharmaceutical intervention.

I just have no desire to speak with anyone on the phone, if you have 3 or 4 questions, just email me. I'm not going to call people to verify the jeep is red or some such nonsense. I fracking hate phones.
