Bare, but in nice shape. Maybe an upgrade for someone with an older model?

Anyway, I'd like $20....scrap metal price will get me $15 but I hate to do that to a good part.

Yeah right...for $20? Nope, just a regular pre 99 HO model.

It is pretty much clean and perfect....really don't feel like digging it out to take a picture unless someone wants it.
