96 4.0l AW4 not shifting

My 96 with the 4.0l I6 with the AW4 tranny won't shift into any gear but the engine will idle as it shifted, the tranny will also make a noticeable buzzing noise when I start it and let it idle in park. It will move if I push it when putting it in R, D, 3, 1-2. I plan to drop the pan, add a new filter, and add Valvoline Maxlife Multi-Vehicle ATF fluid. Should I replace shift solenoids if I will have the pan off, if so any good recommendations for replacements? Thanks

Is the transfer case in neutral? Doesn't push when in P though? I'd start by checking the fluid level, maybe it's dry.

No need to change the filter. It's just a metal screen, and you can do the fluid change just with the drain plug.
